By proceeding with the personalization of a Credit/Debit Card to include a self selected image, I confirm the following:

1. I am the owner of the image or am authorized to use the image;
2. I understand that DimpleDough or its partners will review each image submitted and has the right to refuse any image it determines not in compliance with the requirements for use of an image on a personalization card;
3. I acknowledge that DimpleDough or its partners will not accept images for my Personalized Credit/Debit Card containing any of the images identified below; and
4. By proceeding with personalization of my Credit/Debit Card, I am complying with the terms and conditions herein

The following images are not acceptable images for use on a Personalized Credit/Debit Card.

• Files other than JPEGs and PNG files
• Third party company names, trademarks, logos, slogans or brands
• Works of art, other than those created by you or with express authorization of the artist
• Copyrighted materials, unless expressly authorized by the copyright owner
• Celebrities, actors, cartoon figures or computer games figures
• Images or text showing or discussing political candidates and elected officials
• Advertising or promotional materials or branded products
• Phone numbers, addresses, domain names, email addresses
• Financial account numbers or PIN numbers
• Violent, bloody, indecent, pornographic, nude or semi-nude and obscene images
• Culturally or socially insensitive texts or images
• Images or text showing or promoting alcohol, tobacco, gambling, firearms
• Images or text showing or promoting other anti-social behaviors
• Texts or images that display the views, opinions or beliefs of politicalgroups or religions
• Libelous or derogatory or defamatory content
• Discriminative or provocative content
• Images or text intended or likely to elicit violent reactions
• Numbers, texts or images that might induce misunderstanding
• Content that instigates anti-government behavior or sentiment, or content that is in violation of any rules, regulations, or laws
• Texts or images that could result in card acceptance confusion by merchants
• In addition to the foregoing, DimpleDough and its partners reserve the right to reject use of any image it deems unsuitable for use on its Cards.
