Travel Notifications

 If you're planning a trip, keep your financial peace intact while you travel with LOYALTY CU. Let us know about your travel plans via E-Branch and the mobile app, and we'll safeguard your accounts and cards, ensuring a worry-free journey.

Add travel notifications to your account:

• Simply log into your account

• From the menu, select Cards

• Select the card you will be using while traveling

• Click on Travel and select New Travel Notification (or +) to add a notice

• Select the card you be using while traveling

• Add your departure and return dates as well as the travel location

Card Controls

Lost LOYALTY CU Visa Credit or Debit Card? Don’t panic. Lock your cards any time, anywhere, with Card Controls. Available on our mobile app and online banking.

No more waiting and worrying about your cards. Simply log in to your LOYALTY CU’s Mobile App or E-Branch, go to the menu, and select Cards. Select the card in question and turn it off. If you find the card again, just turn it back on at your convenience.

When you can't get to a computer or your smartphone to use E-Branch Banking, use ABP to check your balance, reconcile your checkbook, transfer funds, request check withdrawals, access your flexible loan, and make payments on your LOYALTY CU loans 24 hours a day, seven days a week, free of charge. Access By Phone not as user-friendly as you expected? You may find that Expert Mode makes it easier to access your account. Paperless Statements

Paperless Statements are an electronic version of your statement. With LOYALTY CU’s Paperless Statements, you have access to your account history 24/7. You can view, search, save, and print copies of your statement anytime, day or night. Enrolling is fast and easy. You must be enrolled in LOYALTY CU’s online banking service to access paperless statements online. Log onto LOYALTY CU’s online banking. Select Settings and Additional Services to enable paperless statements. That's it!

To view your paperless statements or LOYALTY CU tax forms, log into online banking. From the menu, select Statements. Benefits of LOYALTY CU’s paperless statements include:

• Convenient - You can access your statements anywhere and at any time. No more filing papers and storing records; we do it for you!

• Quicker - Statements are available online sooner than paper statements you receive in the mail.

• Protected - Access your statements using a secure login. You do not have to worry about the possibility of your statements getting lost in the mail or getting into the wrong hands.

This service is free to members that have a LOYALTY CU Checking Account. Log in to your account through online banking, then click on Bill Pay to start enjoying all the benefits of Bill Pay OneClick. You can easily view your payees, upcoming bills, payment history, and account balances at a glance.
